Allen began his I.T. career in 1994 as an entry level tech. During which he climbed the ladder through positions such as network technologist and division manager in just six years. He founded his first I.T. company in 2002. Within ten short years, he led the enterprise through a transition from break/fix to MSP and from custom ticketing to AutoTask before moving to ConnectWise Manage.
