We bring process to IT and Managed Service Providers.
Eureka Process was founded by Allen Edwards, who saw a need for Managed Service Providers to gain insight into their business and processes, as well as strategic guidance. Access to consultants who can marry the needs of the business with the needs of its people and who aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get to work with you.
We’ve been building a solid team of experienced, humble, and compassionate people to help you get to the next level. Meet the team below.
Core values are revealed through behaviors, not intentions.
They are our guiding principles in everything we do in business.
-Allen Edwards
Freedom
We value the freedom to be away from the office, just as much as the freedom to work and provide. We want to enable our clients, team members, and vendors to do the same.
Relationships
We value relationships over transactions. We want the best for all of us. We thrive when you thrive.
Continuous Improvement
Growth is intentional! We improve by enabling ourselves and others to grow. We want all stakeholders to grow personally, financially, their knowledge, and their confidence.

Allen began his I.T. career in 1994 as an entry-level tech, climbing the ladder through positions such as network technologist and then division manager in just six years. He founded his first I.T. company in 2002, and in ten short years led the enterprise through a transition from break/fix to MSP, and from custom ticketing to AutoTask before moving to ConnectWise Manage.
Allen started Eureka Process with a view to benefiting their clients through immersion in their daily process and activity. Allen brings his breadth of technical and leadership knowledge to the table, along with proven leadership implementation skills to guide his clients and their teams through fostering the development of the hard and soft skills that make success inevitable.
Allen is strict about Eureka’s mandate, always add value first, whether that means working with C-level executives to elevate their leadership game or getting hands-on with front-line techs or the sales team. A sought-after MSP expert, he aims to offer his clients a sense of relief from the demand and complexity of running a successful MSP. Allen wants to reinvigorate teams with enthusiasm and a sense of possibility while building meaningful, growth-centered relationships that support next-level performance.
With a passion for adventure, Allen fills his spare time nurturing any one of his varied interests. From scuba diving to snow skiing, acro-yoga and travel – he looks to take in all this world has to offer.

Billy House
vSCREENING MANAGER
Billy started his career in the US Navy working in IT and radio communications. He spent 12 years honing his technical and leadership skills gaining experience in many different facets of the IT industry, including Windows and UNIX server and desktop support, customer service, network appliance management, IT security, compliance, auditing, and most importantly people leadership.
Getting out of the Navy in 2015 Billy went on to work for the Department of Defense providing network and systems engineering support for the US Marine Corps and US Army. After moving to the private industry sector, Billy worked in IT and management positions for several large corporations, including Gulfstream Aerospace and Wayfair.
In 2021 he leveraged his 2 decades of IT and management skills to a career transition into technical recruiting where he has worked in full-scope recruiting and talent sourcing for a large MSP, providing keen technical insight into candidates and helping to fill positions across the country.
Billy brings keen insight into his role as vScreening Manager, with firsthand experience working in many of the roles he sources for. From his corporate management background, he knows the pain of spending countless hours being taken away from work to conduct interviews with poorly screened candidates, and he strives to provide the best and most qualified candidates upfront, approaching recruiting with a “quality over quantity” mindset.
When he is not working, he spends time with his two teenage sons or hiking the wilderness of southern Georgia to indulge his passion for wildlife photography. Billy is also an avid reader of fantasy novels and spends most weekends haunting used book stores trying to build his own massive personal library.

Marjorie Juico
vScreening Specialists
Marjorie started in the IT industry when she joined the IT distribution channel as an account manager five years ago. She worked with over a hundred IT resellers and service providers of different sizes and in different verticals across the US.
Armed with a degree in Business Administration majoring in Marketing Management, she looks to add value to the MSP industry by providing information, insights, and resources that help clients become more profitable.
Taking Eureka Process’ remote-working ethos to a different level, Marjorie is based in the Philippines but does not let the time difference stop her from delivering outstanding customer service!
Marjorie enjoys learning more about self-improvement, business strategies, and new skills. She loves spending time with her friends and loved ones watching new movies and shows, playing simulation video games, and eating out.
“Since engaging Eureka Process in our organization, we’ve gone from meetings that weren’t very productive, to a meeting structure that gets things done. Everyone feels heard and valued and we actually accomplish steps toward our goals that everyone can get behind. We started meeting with just the partners, but before long we found we wanted the same results across all departments.”

Ben Terry
Process Consultant
Ben landed his first role in the IT MSP industry as a vCIO almost a decade ago. The six years he spent at his first MSP were incredibly significant for exposing him to a deep culture of process lived out in trusting relationships with co-workers and clients. Most recently, opportunities for greater leadership responsibility led Ben to the role of Regional Sales Director for a large nationwide MSP firm.
Ben’s service in the U.S. Air Force gave him his first exposure to the importance of process, teamwork, and leadership. His tenure in the Air Force prepared him for a significant role at FedEx as Manager of Station Operations. Ben’s new District Director Roy Holley, author of The Power of Moral Leadership, inspired him to pursue self-discovery and personal growth to become a more effective leader. This life-changing journey introduced him to other key influencers, such as Dr. J. Clint Anderson and Dr. David Ferguson. Both men helped shape Ben’s understanding & desire to serve others through process & authentic relationships.
Ben is excited to bring his years of service and experience to the Eureka Process team to help them enjoy the fruits of their labor through process improvement.
Ben’s marriage of 41 years to his bride Tonja has blessed them with three children, four grandchildren, and two additional “adopted” children, now happily married as well. Ben & Tonja love to work around their “ranchette” in Texas and travel throughout the US and abroad.
