Eureka Process was founded by Allen Edwards, who saw a need for Managed Service Providers to be able to gain insight and strategic coaching from consultants who can marry the needs of the business with the needs of its people and who aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get to work WITH you.

We’ve been building a sold team of experienced, humble, and compassionate people to help you get to the next level.

Since engaging Eureka Process in our organization, we’ve gone from meetings that weren’t very productive, to a meeting structure that gets things done. Everyone feels heard and valued and we actually accomplish steps toward our goals that everyone can get behind. We started meeting with just the partners, but before long we found we wanted the same results across all departments. Our facilitator, Allen, still leads our leadership team, dispatch team, and finance team, and we’ve even been able to self-facilitate our own service department meetings now.

Allen Edwards

Allen started Eureka Process with a view to benefit their clients through immersion in their daily process and activity. Allen brings his breadth of technical and leadership knowledge to the table, along with proven EOS® implementation skills to guide his clients and their teams through fostering the development of the hard and soft skills that make success inevitable.

Allen is strict about Eureka’s mandate, always add value first, whether that means working with C-level executives to elevate their leadership game or getting hands on with front-line techs or the sales team.

He aims to offer his clients a sense of relief from the demand and complexity of running a successful MSP and reinvigorates teams with enthusiasm and a sense of possibility.

Allen began his I.T. career in 1994 as an entry level tech, climbing the ladder through positions such as network technologist and then division manager in just six years. He founded his first I.T. company in 2002, and in ten short years led the enterprise through a transition from break/fix to MSP, and from custom ticketing to AutoTask before moving to ConnectWise Manage.

A sought-after MSP expert, Allen helps Business Leaders and their teams optimize ConnectWise Manage capabilities while building meaningful, growth-centered relationships that support next level performance.

With a passion for adventure, Allen fills his spare time nurturing any one of his varied interests. From scuba diving to snow skiing, acroyoga and travel – he looks to take-in all this world has to offer.

Brook Lee

Brook began her career in I.T. as desktop support and progressed consistently through developmental roles as IT manager and server administrator before entering a leadership role as a virtual CIO responsible for project management and client relationships. Now, in her role as Vice President at Eureka Process, she supports MSP business owners who have felt isolated in their journey by validating their experience and providing the guidance they need to eliminate barriers to progress.

Brook believes strongly in leadership by example and encourages leaders to genuinely connect with their teams. She is invested in the success of each of her clients and prefers to approach her practice as a team member rather than a vendor. She enjoys the collaboration involved in consultancy and works to help teams and their leadership take steps toward their vision each and every day, reminding them that progress is a marathon, not a sprint. Working to develop customized systems and solutions that support the business over the long term is at the core of what she offers to her clients. A master at leading with a personal touch, Brook’s approach is proof that serving is the new selling and that relationships are the new currency.

A self-proclaimed tomboy at heart, Brook is a die-hard football fan (Go Steelers!) who runs pools and fantasy leagues every year without fail. When she’s not  behind the desk or in the stands, you will find her spending time with her family and her horse, Hank.

Adam Edwards

Adam has risen through the ranks of the IT industry, starting his IT career in website coding – you’d be surprised how often IF THEN ELSE logic comes up during the day. Previously serving as Service Coordinator to Operations, managing the steps from ticket creation to billing, he knows the process because he has built it and self-tested it. Adam brings with him industry best practice, tried and true processes, and buoyancy to Eureka Process as Chief Implementer. His development in the business of Managed Service Providers gives him valuable industry insight in his role at Eureka Process to help MSP business owners put in place processes that work.

After using the ConnectWise Suite for a decade, it is now time to share his experiences and provide creative solutions to MSP business owners. He has found his niche in process-development and documentation and focuses on educating business owners to use the tools they have invested in and to develop process-driven team players. Adam’s driving forces are continual learning and growth – he is uncomfortable with the status quo. He aspires to share the lessons learned throughout his career to help educate business owners to make their jobs, and therefore their lives, easier. He believes that an obstacle is just an opportunity to rise above.

To put it simply, Adam has a passion for how things work. Whether he is working on cars, building a computer for gaming, or taking time away from the screens to take an adventure in the great outdoors, he is actively absorbing hobbies and developing other talents like cooking and photography. And no – while they share the same last name, Allen and Adam are not related, although being placed at the same IT conference luncheon table was a funny coincidence.

 

Veronica Dunn

Veronica comes to Eureka Process following her success as a business owner of a chain of sporting goods stores in Prague, Czechia. This experience gives her a boots-on-the ground approach to marketing and business. A true DIYer, she knows what it means to be wearing multiple hats in a company.

From website development to all things digital and paper marketing, finance and accountancy, employee management, and all that goes into building a business from the ground floor – Veronica knows that owning a business can mean long days and no weekends and now, as part of the Eureka Process team, seeks to help other businesses get out of this cycle and get their freedom back!

Veronica steps into Eureka Process as Chief Marketing Officer and Community manager to bring more features, content, and engagement to the Eureka Community. She excels in taking a vision and actualizing it into reality.

Veronica enjoys snowboarding in the winter and paddle-boarding and kayaking in the summer and is always looking for the next hiking trail to accomplish, no matter the season.
