This position is a full-time, salaried position. We need a team player ready to wear any hat when the need arises, who would never dream of saying “not my job”, yet also know when and where to apply their talents to best use.

General Description

Being a small team, we are listing the most prominent job duties that will get shared with a new team member. Our team strengths may dictate which ones you get to work on more an dwhich ones less. Daily, you would be interacting directly with C-level and tech workers client contacts. This would frequently be facilitating highly effective meetings withsmall teams of 2-6 people. Great note taking and advising on processes and shared experiences while utilizing the Eureka Process way. This will typically includes business processes from service delivery to finance to sales that an MSP would use. During the meeting, you are taking organized notes and delegating tasks, including to yourself and our internal team.

Some of those tasks, which may also be able to handle, include process and documention, improvement, creation as well as tools administration in some of the tools specific to the IT service industry (see below).

Lastly you may also become the outsourced manager for various client departments such as a a few hours a day doing the duties of service manager, dispatcher, or vCIO. This is actually a big deal, with a small description as you either are faimilar with these jobs duties or you’re not.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 5 years experience in an IT services firm that has some clients in the MSP business model.
  • Minimum 5 years experience using an IT services ticketing system
  • At least 2 years experience in management and/or leadership.

Skills Required

Having administered in some fashion ConnectWise products or Datto/Autotask products.

A technical aptitude is essentially required, and can be a strong asset, but we are not looking for a technician or engineer.
