IT Documentation Users Group’s webinar series is designed to offer a range of knowledge and information to IT professionals. Our webinars are typically 30-minute presentations with time allotted for Q & A at the end. The topics are geared toward practical methods and tools for documenting IT systems, policies, procedures, and processes using any documentation platform.
About the Group
IT Documentation Users Group (ITDUG) is a Facebook group for sharing tips and tricks for documenting IT systems using any documentation platform recommended for IT Service providers, including internal IT departments. Join IT documentation professionals for discussions on IT documentation analysis, planning, and implementation of best practices in IT Documentation.
The group originated by Tracy Hardin, IT/MSP owner in 2018 to co-learn ITGlue and later adapted it into a forum for all IT documentation platforms. Shortly thereafter, Eureka Process joined as co-admins. ITDUG now has over 3000 members and growing! Organized by a community of like-minded professionals united by a passion for documenting IT infrastructure and processes.
The team at Eureka Process contributes a documentation-related webinar on the last Wednesday of every month. We are dedicated to providing a forum for anyone involved in the development, creation, distribution, and use of technical documentation. The scope of ITDUG is not limited to any particular technology or industry but embraces all disciplines and interests that have an interest in technical documentation. Our goal is to bring together industry experts in all aspects of technical documentation to share ideas and experiences.
