Marketing
Marketing is one of my favorite categories to dig into. Primarily because it’s mostly positive. The issues I see come from marketing teams are usually how do we build a team and how do we make more money? This can be far more rewarding than ticket resolution times are upset clients. Start out with M01 – Marketing & Sales Funnel for the strategy, and then launch straight into M02 – Marketing Bandwidth to start getting those leads coming in!
